Bootcamp Sessions: No refunds or prorated bootcamp packages will be offered for any missed sessions as part of the monthly bootcamp offer.
Personal Training: Clients are asked to contact WhistlerFit 24 hours in advance of the scheduled training session. You will be charged for appointments cancelled with fewer than 24 hours notice. Clients are responsible for arriving on-time to their training sessions. Trainers are obligated to wait only 15 minutes for the client without any notice. After 15 minutes, the trainer is not required to lead the remaining time of the session and the session may be lost.
